Kurte’elsh

Cost: 207

Elf is extremely broad term, representing any species who originated from the fey but has since naturalized and become native to the Verdea. This covers a wide range of people who are only loosely related to each other. The Kurte’elsh, the elder fairy, the fey-gnome are all technically types of elves. Some are as tall as a building, while others are less than a foot tall. They only thing that they have in common is that they are all Elsh’fey, or Sha’fey in the Feyic tongue, both meaning fey-touched.  However, when people speak of elf, they almost always mean the kerte’elsh, the Elves of Mesta’Kurte

The elves of Kurte are tall and thin, with shades of skin ranging from light to dark brown, black (both brown and purple), light and dark green, and occasionally spotted or striped. Their ears are long, but not as long as those of the goblyns.

Fey-touched (30): the elves of kurte have a minor connection to the plane of Fea, giving them +2 fea MP and +1 CL when casting fey.

Fey Balance (25): As long as the character has at least 1 fea they ignore movement penalties and knock down chances caused by unstable ground. Luck of the fey(50): as a swift action the kurte elf can rely on the luck which is their birthright of the fey. This gives them either a +1 on all their roles until the end of their turn (or next turn if used as an abort
