A person may look to others for what they want
Or may look to their self for what they seek
To find one to blame for what is wrong
Or to find a path to where they want to be
To find one to give them what they desire
Or even to tell them what that is
Searching inward, searching outward,
Look and see, there is nothing found
Ask though, and it is already yours
Looking forward, looking back
See and understand, the Way always there
No matter which way you turn
Step where your foot lands
And go where that step leads.
Give without thought of gain
Receive without thought of loss
Forgive as you are forgiven
And you will understand forgiveness
