astral Cantrip
This spell has two uses. When cast it can keep a count of seconds until it is dismissed or 6 hours, which ever comes first. The second use is that a number of seconds, miniutes or hourse (up 12) is desginated when the spell is cast. The magic will count down until the time has expired.
