This creates a fire the size and brightness of a torch. This flame hovers somewhere within 5 feet of the caster. On command the caster can cause it to strike at a target within 20ft. if it hits it does 1d4 +CL in fire damage. whether hit or miss, it goes out if used in this way, otherwise, it lasts 10 minutes per CL
